Richard M. Razza, President and Owner

Rich graduated from Teikyo Post University with a B.S. in Management, and Waterbury State Technical College with an A.S. in Industrial Management and Quality Assurance.  Rich joined Altek Electronics in 2000 after 22 years with AlliedSignal Aerospace holding many progressive management positions up to General Manager. During that time Rich, who is also a Six Sigma Black Belt, gained a wealth of experience in Continuous Flow Manufacturing(CFM) Techniques for reducing variation , and eliminating  non-value process steps(waste). According to Rich, providing our customers with the highest level of quality and service is our number one priority at Altek.  He along with Steve, Dave, and Sabrina will work together to strengthen the manufacturing excellence that continues to be the foundation of Altek’s success over three decades.
