Lean-Six Sigma

Altek employees participate on quality teams where we use Continous Flow Manufacturing techniques and Six Sigma practices to elminate non-value waste in our processes and resolve quality issues.  Using root cause analysis and other Six Sigma tools, such as a cause-and-effect (fishbone) diagrams, we can  identify and evaluate the potential causes of an escape so that we may take appropriate corrective action.
