Altek is very proactive in working with customers to maintain buffers of finished goods to provide just-in-time delivery and accommodate scheduling changes.  We can build and hold ‘safety stock’ according to your needs so that we can deliver product to you on a moment’s notice.  Kanban works best for products that are mature in design (to avoid scrapping material due to a design change), and products that have fairly consistent demand.
